請教8老師,485已提交, EAD/AP拿到,h1b8月到期,現在延期申請正在審批中.如果持ap回國探親是不是H1B就自動失效了

-Yes. Because your old H-1 status expired and if you leave when your H-1 extension is pending, you have to use EAD to work after you using AP to reenter US. But if your H-1 extension is approved before you leave US, then you can continue to work for your current employer even if you use AP to reenetr US, i.e. you can use H-1, not need to use EAD .
