1。律師讓我現在申請新EAD together with the I-485.  律師是這樣說的：

Once you obtain the EAD/Advance Parole document based upon the adjustment, if you travel using the Advance Parole you will need to update your I9 to reflect that you are working pursuant to the newer EAD card.

律師的說法對嗎？我應該現在file EAD with I-485嗎？

2。所有的payroll 都是通過總公司的，work location 要寫總公司嗎？還是工作地點不重要？
