1. 照片背麵要寫名字和一個Number，Instuction上說是Alien Receipt Number，請教是指Form I-797A上的I-94#還是Receipt#（EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx）？

我護照上隻有前一個公司申請H4時的Stamp，後來先生換工作，新公司又給申請了一次，就隻有I-797A了，我需要寄護照上的Stamp page 嗎？
