請問拿到EAD/AP後用TN入的境，I-94 和stamp for I-485 Ref 需要去 CBP改正嗎？不改會有問題嗎？
-Do you mean after you filed I-485, you left US and used TN to re-enter US and got the TN I-94 and TN stamp? If so, your I-485 will be denied. You need to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection Office to see whether they can fix it for you. Because you filed I-485, you can not enter US using TN anymore. So, if you leave US, you have to use AP to enter US and use EAD to work (had better renew your EAD in advance up to 120 days before it expires).
