主申請人5月份485排期當前，申請已經遞上去了。因為不急著換工作另外聽說盡量不要用485EAD就沒有同時申請AP和EAD。原本打算5月26日以後幫配偶申請H4 EAD，不過下麵這些問題讓我糾結於到底應該申請H4 EAD還是485 EAD。盼解答！多謝！
1． 如果配偶的H4 EAD申請通過。是不是隻要主申請人或者配偶其中一人申請並使用AP入境美國，H4 EAD就自動失效了呢？
