工卡3月24到期，2月22填的電子表格 選了Permission to accept employment.而不是renew，可

求教：工卡3月24到期，2月22填的電子表格，感覺申請有點晚了，等3個月後新卡下來時舊卡已經過期了，所以選了Permission to accept employment.而不是renew，可以嗎？會影響申請結果嗎？
