many thanks. I went to the infopass website; unfortunately I didn't find an option for my situation to continue to make an appointment. It looks like I will have to keep following up with the customer service by phone to see when they will be able to resend the notice to me. My concern is the uscis automatically deny my petition due to the expiration of my RFE response. will they adjust my response deadline if I have never received their notice?
