以前即使開始用EAD，延期我的H１時，還是把老婆和女兒的H４一並延期。現在又要延
其我的H１B， 覺得好象沒有必要了，但又不很放心。

-Don't think you need to waster your money to extend the h4. If something happens, just go to China to get the H4 visa to come back. As long as the H1 holder keep the h1 status, the dependents are safe.

還有就是女兒（１１歲）已經遞交了４８５，如果不申請H４，需要給她辦EAD嗎，還是
不用管。

-Not need EAD.

排期在０６年的１１月，估計再有一年，應該拿到了
