炸醬麵，羊肉泡饃

全麥炸醬麵

買了做麵條的 和 絞肉的 廚師機配件，和麵，做麵條 一條龍，絞的雞胸肉炸的豆瓣醬

 

東北味的羊肉泡饃 ，加了黑木耳和紅菘蘑

 

南瓜糊，很簡單也很美味：南瓜去皮切大塊加水、加少許鹽煮軟，在鍋裏用手提攪拌器打成糊再煮開就好了

 

清蒸鱸魚，看看我老公吃的多幹淨
