Points of my view

Please consider:

1. Fully trust each other among partners is the key point to build a cooperation. Otherwise, please stop.

2. Before starting a cooperation, think about what you are able to do and what capability your parters have. If you are able to handle every thing by your self, then, stop this cooperation and develop your business by your own. If you are not capable of doing anything about the business, and you do believe your partner is able to do evrything about the business, then, just simply follow your partner, please don't do anything to hinder the action or move of your partner.

3. Life is very short. The most important thing is the efficience in doing business. Nothing in this world is risk-free. If you want do something and do want to secceed, you have to take risk in any way. If you think you can not afford to take any risk, please stop this cooperation.

4. Above all, please make sure that there is no risk to make youself completely bankrupted once the cooperation fails.
