If you declare your items as "Counterfeit" in the deion, you can be reported by anyone who see your listing. If you claim they are genuine, and they don't feel like genuine, you can be reported by your buyers if they find it out. Either way, the business can't last. Unless you only want to sell a few items before get caught, forget it!
