幽默的兩個“基本方向” :-)
當然查理那期封麵的諷刺自嘲和遠瞻性都是查理風格:

另外深感 Jerry 同學此言之深刻之處:don't lose your humor,for the true prospective of the silliness of all humans and all existence :-)
想起上次說起過的,幽默感是對仇恨宣傳仇恨教育的天然抗體;還有埃科小說裏的神棍,把喜劇書吞入腹中消滅掉 :-)
還有有意思的是,Jerry 同學說“don't lose”,而不是“learn”。顯然他也認為幽默感是與生俱來的。在這一點上上帝確實是非常的不公平 :-)
想起另一位幽默大師,契訶夫。契訶夫在悲劇人物身上寫出的幽默感,其 subtle 的同時,又不無一種“惡毒”感 :-) 。Nabokov (就是寫《 Lolita》(the novel is very funny too)的那位 Nabokov 同學)說“Chekhov's books are sad books for humorous people; that is, only a reader with a sense of humor can really appreciate their sadness.”
所以契訶夫也不是所有的人都能真正欣賞 :-)
