1. It's a full day trip to Rocky Mountain NP. You cannot do it only half after you arrive into Denver.
2. Black Hawk and Central City is a must see place when you are in Rockies. Those two sister towns are the oldest towns in CO and Central City was almost the capital of the state.
3. Royal bridge? I guess you meant Royal Gorge. It's 50 miles away from Colo-Springs and it is right next to Criple Creek which is another casino town.
4. In both Central City and Criple Creek, you can find many restaurants with good value of food.
5. Marlow's restaurant on the 16th Street in Denver is a good steakhouse.
