Congrats to your son! There're so many good enterprises for

nowadays young talents, in addition to the ones I mentioned earlier, Netflix, Databricks, Doordash, Airbnb, Atlassian... are all very innovative firms and they hold great company cultures. The engineers and product managers who love and good in what they do are very lucky with those various choices. And eventually, many ambitious and capable ones would have their own startups in different stages of their lives,  that's the beauty of being young! :)
