下屬角度：領導認可自己的能力和人品，不輕易勞民傷財，自己需要支持時老板在，老板心裏在乎下屬工作穩定，有發展前景，而不是把自己當海綿，狠命擠出裏邊的水然後丟棄尋找另一塊海綿
