說實在的。在國外自己單打拚搏慣了。國內的情商國外老白不吃那套搞得自己也不會來事了。以為都是靠公事公辦來找工的。這些年下來也確實那樣找到了。國外呆時間長了。情商越發低了。
兩年前我有一次到一個中國成功大企業找工作的經曆。那是個剛到國外開的公司部門整個部門都是華人。我知道好幾個我的 前白人同事都在那個 公司裏找到職位了。我信心滿滿，覺得我既有工作經曆，技術。又有語言優勢。肯定有希望。First interview was past. I was Almost there. Just that I did not relealize I need to send any gift to the hiring manager ( the guy who was handling the whole process). I am not  used to send gift to ask for a job position at that moment I think. Finally I did not get that position. This force me to change my carrer - I went to another country find another field of job. Looking back, I think if I was smart enough that I sent him a lot of gifts maybe I would get that communication company's position.
