找工作中，請幫忙出主意！

上次在這裏求助，大家一致建議我該繼續找工作。 現在準備采納大家的建議，我實在是忍受不了現在的中國小老板。 剛才在網上search了一下，發現我家附近有個職位比較接近，想試一下。可是我現在的工作才做了2個月，這2個月我除了為team member 做培訓，啥也沒做。要不要寫進resume裏呢。如果寫了，麵試時，問我為什麽離開，我說什麽比較好呢？如果不寫進去，我這一段是個空缺，好像又不太好。而且我現在的頭銜還是不錯。請大家繼續出主意。謝謝。
