Very interesting interview situation about hiring a contractor

活幹不完，老板允許招一個contractor，幫3-6個月的忙。 歡喜之下，通知跟公司有關係的contractor firms, 趕緊送resume來，有job opening! 那是1個月前的事情。

我K,當時立馬收到一打resume, 都牛X！趕緊抱著謙虛的態度一個個interview. 兩星期過去後，一個沒挑中。

contracting firm的hunter急了，打電話問我是不是花多眼亂了，怎麽還沒人中標？我說你給的那些牛X都TMD吹出來的，稍微問深一點的問題就好像偶的英文臭到人家聽不懂的地步。 你說，你說，how is my English?

head-hunter 連連道歉，問是否能夠把條件說得更具體些，他好有針對性的當個媒人。我說了一通，然後問，你聽明白了？“偶噎死，我不會讓你失望的”。

上兩個星期，他又給我送了一堆resume, NND，我一眼看上去都一個cookie cutter出來的。Resume 格式一樣，名字也差點一樣（最起碼一樣難讀）。不同的是每個人在我需要的方麵多加了些字，而且用黑體凸顯出來。

抱著僥幸心理給4個打電話，耐心聽完了腦子裏分不清誰是張三誰是李四，反正好像都噠噠噠在高層上口若懸河，一問具體就好像舌頭生了潰瘍或痔瘡，半天說不出一句話。

摸清了他們的套路也挺好玩。到一些問題的時候，我會把電話mute, 跟同事說，我要問下個問題了，你們仔細聽聽他們是不是google
