橫越美洲記巴西航空TAM

晚點: 8點起飛的航班9點半還 在跑道上.

機長與機組人員在倉門口迎接.
機組人員大多是帥哥美妹, 服飾美觀, 看上去很職業..
服務沒有笑容, 沒有眼光接觸. 如果 被服務過了, 就很難在用眼睛來找回他們.

晚餐: 他們給我的是”牛肉”,..碎牛肉和煮米飯,菜勉強下咽. 我的座友要的是”pasta”, 白糊糊蓋在上麵的可能是Chess, 座友吃了一口就不要吃了.

早餐: 要的是”蛋”, 打開一看, 黃黃的一塊東西加碎土頭, 到是熱氣騰騰地, 聞那味兒就夠了. 咖啡牛奶早就配好,..配在裏麵的牛奶是用奶粉調製的, 還能嚐到裏麵的伽瘩.是有用那種種乘Expresso的那杯子, 所以特別小. 所以要了第二杯, 好像英語聽不懂了.

服務人員到是不粗魯, 就是服務有點是不卑不亢.
