Visa to the Bahamas

請教一個問題：

My parents has a Chinese passport and a B-2 visa to the States.  If he wants to book a cruise to the Bahamas, does he need the visa to enter the Bahamas?

I have checked the official website but have not found any information.  Are there any official documents that explain it?
