I think the host is incompetent and arrogant. He spend a lot of time trying to humilate the girl instead of ask her about her skills, experiences etc. what he said about the hatred in the girl's eyes is really insulting. Also, what is the relevance of her parents to the job interview? ""Is it necessary for one to know the hen if one loves the eggs it lays?" (Qian Zhong Shu's reply to a reader when she calls him after reading his book). so here, since they dislike the girl so much and they wants to know about her parents? It is rediculous.

I feel sorry for the girl and think she was cool to fight back under such bad circumstance.
