I think it is all about expection.

Life is never fair and Asians are all facing an uphill battle here. But if you can embrace the challenge, it is not that bad given Asians have strong family values and function as a team to support each other. My personal belif is that life is a marathon not a sprint. As long as you don't give up, you always have a chance to succeed. Through lead by example, I hope my kids will adopt that philosophy too.
