有些空閑時間就跑到自己屋子裏,打電話,打遊戲,看電視?  These behaviors are kind of scary. It is ok to talk on the phone but play game and watch TV (adult program) are not acceptable.  They shouldn't use computer either.  Is your nanny under age 50?  It is rare to hear nanny plays game.  It is very hard to find a good nanny that takes care of baby, cleans and cooks well.  It is almost impossible!  My criteria is baby #1, rest is not so important.  I agree when the baby gets to 2 or older, preschool/daycare is much better choice than staying home with a nanny.  We had a nanny for 2.5 years and she was very good with my kid but doesn't know how to cook and did very little cleaning since I had cleaning service every 2 weeks. Train your baby to sleep through the night, then you may consider daycare if you can't find a good nanny.  Good luck!
