這裏有化學/電氣工程師嗎？請教汽車電池充電的問題

想買個用於船上的marine 電池，配一個充電器。

在家充好電後，配上一對汽車燈，準備夜釣用。

問題是：這充電器或者電池是否具有充滿電後自動關閉功能？否則充電過度，會縮短電池壽命。
