You should be able to do better than Truecar.com or edmunds.com true market value, especially for 2013 model.  2014 get some represhment on the cosmetic things and slightly upgraded materials but the same engine.  I woud highly recommend part-time 4WD for SR5 or full-time 4WD for limited rather than RWD since 4WD has better resale value.  People who buy 4Runners want 4WD.  I am watching on but may have to wait for a couple of years.  I will see if I can get a 2015 one at fall or winter of 2015 since 2015 is the last year of this generation.
