懂得起 is right.  Your health insurance will pay for your medical expenses.  Health insurance may or may not be able to recover the cost from third car's insurance but it's not your business anymore.  Health insurance companies spend tons of money on how to recover the cost but in many cases they just can not.

Getting a police report is the most important step when involving an accident.  You can always decide not to go after the drivers at fault if you don't have to.
