This is a common problem.

This is a common problem for new cars parked on the lot for a long time with some lights on.  In other words, your battery is drained.  Of the 3 brand new cars I bought, the batteries of 2 of them died in 12-18 months.  Ask dealer for a new replacement OEM battery, for free.
