It is known that you or anyone are to be ripped off more or less at a dealer. And this is so in almost any repair business. At a dealer the service adviser and tech make more money when they sell/perform more service on your car.
I do not know which city you are located, and the price and necessary maintenance service items vary a bit in different locations.

45K service; it is actually a 15K service, the price is fair.
Oil pan leaking, $260; too much if the pan really leaks. Usually the dealership only pays the tech ONE HOUR labor to reseal Camry's oil pan, and it is a rather simple job. One hour labor charge should be around $99, plus some shop supplies. How can they try to charge you $260. Not many or say very few cars have an oil pan leak at 45K miles.
Water pump leaking, $405; fair, and requires early attention. Cooling is very important for the engine. Very few cars have developed water pump leaking at this mileage, but possible. You can check, under hood in the engine compartment, from the passenger side and see if any pink deposit under and behind the altornator, and on the side of engine block. Use a flashlight. At early age of leaking, the engine heat should dry the leaked-out coolant off and leave the pink deposite near the water pump on the engine block.
Engine coolant dirty; maybe, but only need Drain and Fill, not flush. If they replace your water pump,the coolant should have drain out, and after the new pump is installed, they should fill the cooling system with new coolant. And this is included in the water pump replacement service, and this FLUSH is NOT needed, extra charge for coolant flush is NOT justified and right.
Transmission flush; if you did not take your car to a dealer for 30K service or any other shop for a minimun transmission drain and fill service, your car may need a transmission flush. The type IV transmission fluid gets dirty quickly. You can check and see if the fluid is turning black; if it is, it's time to have a transflush service.
Battery terminal service; you can buy a kit at Wal-Mart for $2 and DIY.You see the kit, you will know what the service tech will do for the poles and terminals.
Engine air filter; I wonder if you heard the bullshit acurately because 15K service should includes: replace engine air filter; inspect and clean cabin air filter.
Cabin air filter; you can DIY. If you can do this, you can DIY engine air filter too.
