回複：The dealer in another state shouldn't charge you tax

The dealer outside the state will charge you tax based on your home state tax rate. They will mail all paperwork and a check of the tax amont to your state/city MVD and let you know it's ready. You usually need to bring your new car to register since they want to look at your car, which I do not know way.
