2000年，UCB的Eric Brewer針對distributed system提出CAP的概念。簡單的說，任何係統都隻能滿足CAP中的兩個，而犧牲第三個。
“既要”，“又要”，和“還要”，在父母看待子女日後發展中很常見，紫檀討論也不列外。那麽子女發展的CAP是什麽？我認為，收入，工作輕鬆，和興趣。
收入高，符合興趣的，再追求工作輕鬆，就不大可能了。
收入高，工作還輕鬆，肯定不符合興趣，早晚孩子會無聊，會躺平。
工作輕鬆，還符合興趣，收入就不要去苛求了。

Initial Concept: Brewer proposed that a distributed system can only guarantee at most two of the following three properties simultaneously:
- Consistency (C): All nodes see the same data at the same time.
- Availability (A): Every request receives a response, whether successful or failed.
- Partition Tolerance (P): The system continues to operate despite network partitions.
