女兒有點拒絕AP物理C

女兒8年級，最近半年來學兩門ap物理c，之前學的還不錯，第一遍是媽媽帶著學，學完後，自己找題做，學了2個星期，就散漫了，好像很抵觸，這段時間基本上都是完全抗拒了，效率極低，現在偶爾做幾個模擬題，成績也很不理想，大概是45%左右的分數。

各位壇友有啥好的辦法學好ap物理呢？謝謝
