The Denali Park Road closure will mean missing out on views and wildlife viewing opportunities beyond mile 43. Specifically, the Polychrome Overlook, Toklat River rest stop, Stony Hill Overlook, and the Eielson Visitor Center, all known for their wildlife spotting and panoramic views, will be inaccessible by road. These areas offer unique perspectives of Denali and the surrounding wilderness, including the Muldrow Glacier and opportunities for hiking and wildlife viewing.
