外州考ucla和ucb這2個是不是比加州本州要容易得多？

當時我兒子報了ucb的cs, 他沒有參加過任何數學競賽，沒有任何編程知識，就是學校裏那點數學課都考滿分的基礎水平，竟然還被ucb給wl了，實在是不可思議？
