乘聯航飛抵 Calgary(卡爾加利). 飛機誤點. Safeway超市采購, 新釗記中餐館晚餐, 驅車沿加拿大一號高速公路前往 Canmore(坎莫爾), 住宿 Quality Resort Chateau Canmore.

第二日 (May 26):
Banff National Park(班芙國家公園)

上午的活動重點在 Town of Banff(班芙鎮). Lake Minnewanka, Banff Ave, Cascade Gardens, Fairmont Banff Springs Resort. Upper Hot Springs 溫泉泡澡. 在一家希臘餐館 Balkan Restaurant午餐(食物感覺一般).

下午沿 Bow Valley Parkway 前往 Lake Louise（路易斯湖), 沿途在Johnston Canyon 遠足兩小時, 傍晚住宿 Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. 這兒成了我們未來兩天的根據地. Lake Louise 感受日落, 晚餐自製雞湯pasta.

第三日 (May 27):
上午Moraine Lake, 水淺冰封; Lake Louise, 湖藍的感覺; 沿湖一遊, 午餐 Station Restaurant(推薦). 小憩, 下午 Yoho National Park(育空國家公園)， Emerald Lake. 傍晚開始找熊活動. 第一次與熊親密接觸．

第四日 (May 28):
開車沿Icefields Parkway (冰原大道，93號）從Lake Louise到 Saskatchewan River Crossing 往返. 沿途風光旖旎， Hector Lake, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake(我們行程中最美的湖), Waterfowl Lake, 在Peyto Lake遠足 兩小時，回到Lake Louise, 遲到的午餐在 Bill Peyto's Cafe(推薦). 小憩, 傍晚開車回Town of Banff泡溫泉. 晚餐是自己準備的野菇湯Pasta.

第五日 (May 29):
Jasper National Park (嘉士伯國家公園)

告別Lake Louise，沿Icefields Parkway(冰原大道）前往 Jasper Town(嘉士伯鎮). 沿途再訪 Peyto Lake. 中午在The Crossing Resort 買三明治當午餐.　

Columbia Icefield (哥倫比亞冰原)，在Icefield Center 參加 The Ice Explorers Tour. Sunwapta Falls 遠足．

第六日 (May 30):
上午 Maligne Lake, 坐船一遊, Maligne Tours. 回住處午餐, 小憩, 下午開車附近溜達，尋找看Angel Glacier的好地方． 當地人的Patricia Lake, Pyramid Lake. 傍晚驅車一小時 Miette Hot Spring溫泉泡澡, 夜黑而歸．

第七日 (May 31):
告別Jasper Town, 返回 Calgary. 曆時五小時，途中再停 Bow Lake, Num-ti-jah Lodge, Moraine Lake.　短短數日，冰竟然全化了．沿湖重新欣賞雪山映湖的美景．

花兩個小時在Calgary尋找好的中餐館，連我家LD都被我的"美食精神"所感動，此過程中體味到當地的"尖峰時刻"，當地華人的"謹慎態度"(我當街采訪了若幹人對當地中餐館的評價)， 最終在富麗宮海鮮酒家吃的晚餐(感覺一般)．晚上住在 Travelodge Calgary International Airport

第八日 (June 1):
完美假日的最後一天．富麗宮海鮮酒家的早茶非常的地道（推薦）．告別雨中的Calgary. 下午的飛機，深夜平安到家．

此次全家加拿大洛基山脈一遊,堪稱全家度假以來的完美假日, 適時風和日麗, 行程安排恰到好處, 一路上, 雪峰冰原、翡翠湖泊、 峽穀瀑布、山穀溫泉、野生動物看了個遍. 沉浸在如此美妙的大自然中,讓我常常思緒縹緲, 猶如時光倒流一般. 自然的魅力與現在文明的種種衝突,讓人有些不知所措. 玩回來,頗有一段時間仍處於度假之後的迷惘期. 慢慢的,我想我還是會記下行程中的點點滴滴, 不為了別的, 隻為了將來留下一點回憶.
