把“甩鍋”譯成“shift blame"不妥。
甩鍋是俗語、口語，shift blame是正式語、書麵語。
美語中與之對應的俗語應該是“pass the buck"：把屬於自己的責任推給別人，源於Poker Game, Texas Hold'm。 Pass對應“甩”，buck對應“鍋”。不但意思一樣，結構也一樣，比喻修飾的用法也一樣。
次一等的是“Point the finger”，不如“pass the buck”信達雅、穩準狠。
