EDA=ECDA。93年，國產EDA低價賣全球，包括美國。後來，美國高質量EDA重霸全球市場，國產EDA停了十幾年。現在撿起來要費很大功夫替換。
所謂“金剛石”，其實是很像金剛石的氮化鎵，也被稱為第3代半導體，據有高功率、發光等特點，用於充電、爆發力、LED等，但不宜 x nm 精細芯片。幾年前國內大宣傳第3代半導體如何世界領先，沒想到也會被卡脖子。
I applaud president Biden for executing a marvelous strategy against China. Of course we should give credit where it’s due. It was President Trump who started semiconductor war with China a few years back. But Biden has built on that and upped the game. This will be a modern-era Star War that bought the USSR to its knees during the Cold War. China, under its ambitious yet incapable leader Xi Jinping, will dump hundreds of billions of dollars to avoid its technical reliance on the US, will only find in the end all the money will be either wasted or embezzled by the corrupt CCP officers. With its resources all exhausted, China will not be a threat to Taiwan, the US or the world in general.
