7541 Aspen Brook HOA rule violation letter
Hi Tracie I just received this HOA rule violation notice. On which day the first notice was sent? I never received any notice before this one (see attached) and saw my account has already be fined $25 on Jan 25. Whenever I received a notice, always immediate sent to my tenant to address the issue, but never receive the notice before. Also, what is the fine schedule for HOA? such as after how many warning it will impose a fine. How much will be each time for each violations? I will need let my tenant know about that. Hi Scarlett and Richard I missed your email and just saw it. Congratulation! Yes, I can let you out the lease at the end of April. What I can do is to charge a minimum of $233 for that. The reason is I pay the agent of $2795 to get a one year lease or $233/month to get the lease for every month. I think I can prorate for that. Also just make sure the house may need a pet treatment after you move out. Otherwise I think it will be fine with what you described in your email. Congratulations again on your new house. Very impressed that you get the deal on such a crazy Market.

returned TV box lost by UPS
Dear italBB This is Liangjing Chen and I have an account with italkBB (phone umber 512-301-9514 is associated with my account) I canceled my Chinese TV and returned the TV box, remote and cable to the address that italkBB provided as return instruction in Dec, 2020. Cancellation Department iTalk Global Communications, Inc. 7926 Jones Branch Dr.Ste 170 Mclean VA 22102 USA Unfortunately that italkBB give me the wrong address. The UPS can not deliver the package because of that and now they lost this package. USP told me it was returned to the local UPS store but the local UPS store said they never received that. For your information, this is the tracking for this package 1ZE852390302882137 So if the package get lost because of that, I will not be responsible for any charges of that.
