All they eat contains nearly 40~50% of chemicals. What is good for the health?

It's not healthy to eat so much so late at night. Based on the recommendation of medical professionals people should stop eating 3 hours before bed. Late night binge eating is not good because it's not natural for human bodies'sleep hormones and regulations of glucose levels. It's likely to cause diabetes and many other chronic diseases.
