485A是base在母親的EB2,485B是base在父親的EB1a.在副申請人沒有withdraw任何一個485的情況下，
1。如果父親的EB1a485被據，副申請人的485（B)也會跟著被據，那副申請人的485A是不是不會被據（因為副申請人沒有withdraw任何一個485）？
2。如果父親的EB1a485被據，USCIS會給一RFE，讓決定留哪一個485，然後把那個留下的485據掉？

請問，F1在申請OPT遞交I-20時，F2是不是也要一個I-20?我們學校說F1在申請OPT遞交I-20時，F2不用要I-20.但是，F2不要I-20的話，那我作OPT這一年，F2不是outofstatus了嗎？
