如果你的自住房已經還清了,想換一個更大的房子作為新的自住房,同時把原來的自住房變成投資房。如果你把多還在原來自住房的房貸提出來，用來還現在新的自住房。這樣一來，新的投資房的租金不能cover房貸，是否可以claimtaxreturn?還是隻能claim有一定百分比的taxreturn?
