好不容易看中了一個好區的爛房子。小心翼翼的交上offer，誰知好多人搶這個房子。大家的offer都比list的價格高很多。

今天第一次與中介正式去看房。第一家在飛機航道上，房子的布局不是很好。離開50米到100米的地方有高壓電。進去一看，裏麵居然住了4戶人家，大概有15，6個人。還挺令人吃驚的。是shotsale的房子。現在賣33萬。Lot裏種了很多水果樹。不過我還是感覺不是我喜歡的房子。

我們最近看到房價終於跌倒我們可以承受的範圍內了，就蠢蠢欲動想買房了。
我們在彎曲，可以籌到大概6萬美元的首付。想買大概35萬一下的房子。但是我跟我老公的想法老是不一致。我想我們第一次買房，我想買個小一點，比較新的，而且喜歡好區。這樣我們的錢隻能夠買condo或townhouse.
LG覺得一定要買singlefamilyhouse，lot要5000以上。這樣隻能買爛區的舊房子，都是5幾[閱讀全文]
