USCISrecentlyreturnedmyoriginalFormI-693medicalexaminationbecausemyTBtestresultswerenotdocumentedappropriately.TheFormI-693indicatesthatmyreactiontotheTBskintestwas5mmorgreater,howeverthereisnoindicationthatIhadachestX-ray.ItturnedoutthatmyoriginalcivilsurgeonmessedupanddidnotorderanX-rayforme.Ihavesincemovedtoadifferentcity.SoIwenttoseeanothercivilsurgeon.
