我覺得配額是否用完,應該看有多少被批準,不是看有多少在排隊.
現在是有太多的人排隊.但FBI那裏出來的太少.所以就往FBI那裏仍更多的人,雖然比例下降,但出來的人能夠多些,所以才有可能不浪費配額.
要想看到FBI的效果,怎麽也要幾個月的時間.所以,今年不會倒退.
當然,如果FBI加速處理,倒退是會發生的.最快也要到10月以後.
