Last night my friend, a driver for a Chinese takeaway shop, was injured on eyes by three teenagers in Liverpool city centre.
What's wrong with this guy when he was walking on the street in a rain with food in his hands? No words, no excuse, punched on the eyes by three teenagers? Called 999, with a policeman recording the statement by the guy who could speak little English, with poor interpretation of the female boss whom was constantly thwarted by the chef, his husband, being afraid to be revenged by those teeagers.
The depressed guy, wait in the hospital to be treated, wordless, consciousless, wishing to be given a reasonable explanation by the police, but nothing.
It's said teenagers are so rampant because the law loses its power to them under 18 years old.
Poor Great Britain, an ever empire that the sun never set, is decaying gradully for these moraless teenagers.
Poor Great Britain, a country who claims loudly the human rights of people on a world political stage, can't even garantee an overseas students basic security needs.
Why free overseas insurance? Well, that's free for nothing.
