隨後，炎帝（即青帝，少昊，玉皇大帝）發現他們遊行路線的旁邊駐紮了許多兵營。兵營裏的士兵爭先恐後地出來看他們的遊行隊伍。臨近永安南門的幾公裏範圍內到處都是兵營。在從乾塘關出發後的第100天，炎帝的 “三千威儀” 儀仗隊到達了永安的南門。人們看見城牆上插滿了彩旗，城牆外是人的海洋。

夏國的皇帝蔻珠先過來迎接炎帝，隨後她領著炎帝見到了父親元始天尊。這父子倆一見麵，都哭了。炎帝一邊哭還一邊四處看，找他媽。元始天尊看出來了，說：“你媽不喜歡熱鬧，在後院沒出來！”

Emperor Yan (aka. Emperor Turquoise) then realized that there were many barracks stationed next to their parade route. The soldiers in the barracks scrambled out to see their procession. There were barracks everywhere within a few kilometers near the south gate of Yongan. On the 100th day after the departure from Qiantang Pass, the “3,000 Majesties” of the emperor arrived at the South Gate of Yong’an. People saw that the city wall was filled with colorful flags and outside the wall was a sea of people.

Emperor Kou’zhu of the Xia Kingdom came to greet Emperor Yan first, and then she led Emperor Yan to meet his father, Original Sky Honor. When the father and son met, they both cried. Emperor Yan looked around for his mother. Original Sky Honor saw it and said, "Your mother doesn't like crowds, she's in the backyard and hasn't come out!"

因為元始天尊不停地哭，官員們勸他去休息，由武大郎和炎帝來主持宴會。宴會中，炎帝無意間問皇帝蔻珠關於他媽媽。蔻珠沒回答，離開了。隨後皇後大巢氏也帶著女兒們離開了。炎帝問武大郎，怎麽我一問我媽，人就都走了，離開了。武大郎聽後，沒回答，也離開了。

炎帝隻好自己去招待客人，給華國的官員和夏國來的客人敬酒，但他沒心思喝酒了。天還沒黑，他就去到了他的住處，想清靜一下。他問皇宮裏的傭人，太後住在哪裏。傭人們沒人回答，隨後也離開了。

隨後幾天，炎帝就不向別人詢問他媽媽了。白天他招待客人，晚上他自己探索皇宮，找媽媽。

Because Original Sky Honor kept crying, officials advised him to take a rest, to have Martial Big Wolf and Emperor Yan to host the banquet. During the banquet, Emperor Yan randomly asked Emperor Kou’zhu about his mother. Kou’zhu did not answer and left. Then Empress Big Nest also left with her daughters. Emperor Yan asked Martial Big Wolf, why did everyone leave when I asked about my mother? Martial Big Wolf did not answer and left.

Emperor Yan had to entertain the guests by himself, toasting the officials of Hua and the guests from Xia, but he was not in the mood to drink. Before it got dark, he went to his residence to have some quiet time. He asked the servants in the palace where his mother, the Queen Mother, lived. No one answered, and then they left.

In the following days, Emperor Yan stopped asking anyone about his mother. He entertained guests during the day and explored the palace by himself at night to look for his mother.

2.9-2 錢緊 Money is Tight

這天，炎帝來查看金庫，發現錢很少，檢察賬本，發現國家儲備金是零，流動資金也幾乎是零。他指著旁邊一架子銀元寶問：“那錢是怎麽回事？”

保管金庫的官員回答：“那錢是還給媽祖的。我們華國欠媽祖錢幾十年了。元始天尊終於在退休前還清了。我們已經告訴靖王幾次了。他沒來查看過。”

On this day, Emperor Yan came to check the vault and found that there was very little money; inspecting the books, he found that the national reserve was zero, and the liquidity was also almost zero. He pointed to a shelf of silver dollars next to him and asked, “What's that money about?”

The official who kept the vault replied, "That money is returned to Mazu. We, the Kingdom of Hua, have owed her money for decades. Original Sky Honor finally paid it off before he retired. We've told King Jing several times. He hasn't come to check it out."

炎帝回答：“那錢不能動！我已經是皇帝了，不能再繼承媽祖的財產了。你們幫我找幾家銀行來談談。”

炎帝趕緊來查看糧草儲備，發現首都永安隻有三個月的糧草。他看見一個運送糧草的馬車夫在唱歌，就過去詢問。那個馬車夫以為炎帝是新來的官員，回答：“永安就隻有三個月的糧草儲備，已經很多年了。別擔心！我們運送糧草的機製很成熟，不出問題。”

Emperor Yan replied: "The money cannot be touched! I am already the emperor and cannot inherit Mazu's property. Please help me find a few banks to talk to."

Emperor Yan hurried to check the grain reserves and found that the capital Yong'an only had three months of grain. He saw a coachman singing while transporting grain, so he went over to ask. The coachman thought Emperor Yan was a new official and replied: "Yong'an only has three months of grain reserves, and it has been many years. Don't worry! Our mechanism for transporting grain is very mature and there will be no problems."

炎帝來向她丈母娘蔻珠借錢。皇帝蔻珠瞪著眼睛看了他一會兒，回答說：“我沒錢借給你。我們夏國在你們華國銀行的賬戶上有三萬兩銀子（相當於100公斤黃金），都送給你吧！你還向我借錢！後天我就回國了，以後不來了！”

炎帝立刻來找皇後大巢氏，說：“我剛才向你媽借錢，你媽生氣了！”

大巢氏回答：“我媽對你比親兒子都親！我看見了，她沒生氣。她那麽大歲數了，以後不方便來永安了。我和夏娃也跟她回杭州，然後就去瑤池為夏娃相親（即阪泉之戰，參見3.0節）。”

Emperor Yan came to borrow money from his mother-in-law, Kou’zhu. Emperor Kou’zhu stared at him for a while and replied, "I don't have money to lend you. We have 30,000 taels of silver (equivalent to 100 kilograms of gold) in the account of your Hua Country Bank. I will give it all to you! You are still borrowing money from me! I will return to my country the day after tomorrow and will not come again!"

Emperor Yan immediately went to Emperess Big Nest and said, "I just wanted to borrow money from your mother, and she got angry!"

Big Nest replied, "My mother loves you more than her own son! I saw that she is not angry. She is so old, it will not be convenient for her to come to Yong'an in the future. Eve and I will go back to Hangzhou with her and then go to Yaochi to arrange a blind date for her (i.e. Battle of Ban Fountain, see Section 3.0)."

炎帝回答：“那剛才你媽給我的那三萬兩銀子你拿去吧，給你媽買些禮物！”

大巢氏生氣地回答：“就三萬兩銀子，買禮物都不夠，我怎麽去湖北？”

炎帝無可奈何地說：“整個華國的金庫裏就隻有你媽剛才給的那三萬兩銀子！你說我怎麽去湖北！？我得找銀行貸款來籌集去湖北的路費！”

Emperor Yan replied, "Then take the 30,000 taels of silver your mother gave me just now and buy some gifts for your mother!"

Big Nest replied angrily, “Just 30,000 taels of silver, it's not enough to buy gifts, how am I going to get to Hubei?”

Emperor Yan said hopelessly, "The only thing in the entire treasury of Hua Country is the 30,000 taels of silver that your mom just gave! How do you think I'm going to get to Hubei! I'll have to find a bank loan to raise money for the journey to Hubei!"

 

2.9.2 狼心狗肺 Wolf's Heart Dog's Lungs

這個午夜，炎帝（又名張三郎，青帝，少昊，玉皇大帝，如圖2.9.2-39）已經探索了整個皇宮，沒找到媽媽的住處。他對一個荒廢了的院子迷惑不解，決定再去看看。剛進入這所草木叢生的宮殿的後花園，他就聽見草叢裏有人說話。炎帝警覺地躲在了樹叢裏，他看見了一個人的背影，但聽不清他們倆在說什麽。忽然，那個人離開了，向他的父親元始天尊的住處去了。炎帝到他們倆談話的近處看，沒發現另外一個人，就向離去的那個人追了過去。炎帝遠遠地看見那個人進了元始天尊的宮殿，就跟了進去。傭人說：“您這麽晚來，肯定有急事。我去稟告元始天尊。他剛剛溜達回來，肯定還沒睡著！”炎帝阻止了傭人，回答：“不必了！我隻是看見一個人進了我爸爸的寢宮，好奇！就過來看看，我這就回去睡覺了！”

At the midnight, Emperor Yan (aka. Third Wolf Zhang, Zhang the Butcher, Turquoise Emperor, Shaohao, as shown in Figure 2.9.2-39) had explored the entire palace and could not find his mother's residence. He was puzzled by an abandoned courtyard and decided to take another look. As soon as he entered the overgrown back garden of the palace, he heard someone talking in the bushes. Emperor Yan hid in the bushes alertly. He saw the back of a person but could not hear what they were talking about. Suddenly, the person left and went to the residence of his father Original Sky Honor. Emperor Yan looked closer to where the two of them were talking, but did not see the other person, so he chased after the person who left. Emperor Yan saw the person enter Original Sky Honor's palace from a distance and followed him in. The servant said, "You came so late, there must be something urgent. I will report to Original Sky Honor immediately. He has just come back from a stroll, must not be asleep yet!"

Emperor Yan stopped the servant and replied, "No need! I just saw someone entering my father's bedroom and was curious! So, I came to take a look, I'm going back to sleep now!"

第二天早晨在國會上，炎帝提出了國家財政困難，精兵簡政等議題，受到了與會官員的讚同。他很高興，但惦記著後宮那座荒廢的庭院，就在中午的休息時間又來看。剛一進入這座宮殿的後花園，他又看見元始天尊在那裏和人嘮嗑呢！他悄悄地從樹叢中靠近了元始天尊，聽見他在對一處草叢說話：“孩子回來了！他昨晚又來看你了！已經來看你兩次了。三郎現在知道回避危險，保護自己了，可聰明了！玉珠！你安心地睡吧！他也很孝順，給我洗腳。。。”

The next morning at the National Assembly, Emperor Yan raised issues such as the country's financial difficulties and streamlining the military and government, which were approved by the officials present. He was very happy, but thinking about the deserted courtyard in the backyard, he came to see it again during the lunch break. As soon as he entered the back garden of the palace, he saw Original Sky Honor chatting with someone there! He quietly approached Original Sky Honor from the bushes and heard him talking to a patch of grass: "The child is back! He came to see you again last night! He has come to see you twice. Third Wolf now knows how to avoid danger and protect himself. He is so smart! Yu’zhu! You can sleep peacefully! He is also very filial and washed my feet..."

元始天尊離開後，炎帝過去查看，扒開了草叢，看見了一塊無字墓碑（如圖35）。從墓碑的頂端花紋來判斷，這是一座皇室成員的墓碑。他又四處查看，判定石碑的後麵是一座墳墓。炎帝回憶起了媽祖把玉珠交給他時說過的話（參見2.3.3 《媽祖家宴 》），認為這就是自己的母親（玉珠，法號九天玄女）的墳，癱倒在了地上。

After Original Sky Honor left, Emperor Yan went over to check it out, peeled back the grass, and saw a wordless tombstone (Figure 35). Judging from the pattern on the top of the tombstone, it is a tombstone of a member of royal family. He looked around again and decided that behind the stele is a tomb. Recalling what Mazu had said when she gave him Yu’zhu (i.e., Jade Pearl, see 2.3.3 “Mazu Family Feast”), Emperor Yan decided that this is the grave of his own mother (Yu’zhu, Juristic fame of Ninth Sky Mysterious Woman), and collapsed to the ground.

 

2.9.2-2

財務大臣邀請來了幾個銀行的行長，談貸款的事。幾個小時過去了，炎帝卻沒來。他們請求靖王（武大郎）去找炎帝。武大郎到後宮找了幾個地方，沒發現炎帝，就來太後的墓墓園找了。他在遠處看見炎帝哭得很凶，還時不時地打自己。武大郎知道這時元始天尊和蔻珠正在對炎帝做法，用母愛詛咒他，賜予他無窮的力量；所以武大郎就直接去找元始天尊報告了。

當時元始天尊正在和蔻珠嘮嗑，聽了武大郎的報告後，驚訝地叨咕：“他為什麽打他自己？”

蔻珠回答：“去看了才知道。”

The Minister of Finance invited several bank presidents to discuss the loan. Several hours passed, but Emperor Yan did not come. They asked King Jing (Martial Big Wolf) to find Emperor Yan. Martial Big Wolf went to several places in the palace and did not find Emperor Yan, so he went to the Queen Mother's Tomb Area to look for him. He saw Emperor Yan crying fiercely from a distance and beating himself from time to time. Martial Big Wolf knew that Original Sky Honor and Kou’zhu were making law (doing magic) to Emperor Yan at this time, cursing him with Motherly Love and giving him inexhaustible power, so he went directly to Original Sky Honor to report.

Original Sky Honor was chatting with Kou’zhu at the time. After listening to Martial Big Wolf's report, he muttered in surprise: "Why does he beat himself?"

Kou’zhu replied: "You'll know when you go and see."

2.9.2-3

他們三人在遠處觀察炎帝，看見在比劃著和自己說話，時而流淚時而打自己。元始天尊走過去對炎帝說：“我不喜歡你打你自己！”

炎帝立刻過去給元始天尊跪下了，請求原諒。

元始天尊問：“你為什麽打你自己？”

炎帝回答：“我發現我是個狼心狗肺的東西，不是人（注3）！”

The three of them observed Emperor Yan from a distance and saw him talking to himself with gestures, sometimes crying and sometimes beating himself.

Original Sky Honor walked over to Emperor Yan and said: "I don't like you beating yourself!"

Emperor Yan immediately went over to Emperor Yan and knelt down to ask for forgiveness.

Original Sky Honor asked, “Why did you beat yourself?”

Emperor Yan replied, “I realized that I am a wolf-hearted dog-lunged thing, not a human being (Note 2)!”

Note 2.9.2-3, which is the Buddha's Enlightenment. Illustration 21 was drawn by Mexico (aka. Tlaloc), stating, “My kind-heart was eaten by a dog; I am not a man, but a livestock.” Illustration 42 is a Greek statue of Actaeon at the time of his enlightenment to become Apollo, the sun god, indicating, "My kind-heart has been eaten by dogs.” Fig. 39 is the Emperor Yan with Yu’zhu (i.e., a jade pearl) in his hand. Figs. 40, 41 are Emperor Yan after being reborn as a dragon (or rather a real human, a man made by Nuwa). Emperor Yan was captured by his mother, Ninth Sky Mysterious Woman (as shown in Figures 36, 37, and 38), and returned to her belly. “Luoyang” was thus named. The first half of this book, Chinese Codex, is the epitaph written by Turquoise Emperor (Emperor Yan) and “King-Mother Queen of the West” (Big Nest) for “Ninth Sky Mysterious Woman”, the words above the wordless tombstone shown in Figure 35.

元始天尊假裝憤怒地說：“你是在罵我，還是在罵你媽呢？”

炎帝回答：“我感覺奇怪，為什麽我從來沒想過我的母親？我認為這事的原因是這樣的。我從出生開始就是由傭人照顧的。在我媽給我喂奶的時候，傭人把我的眼睛先蒙起來。我媽在為我奶的時候不說話，喂完奶後就默默地離開，再由傭人解開我的蒙眼布。當我一歲的時候，我的丈母娘蔻珠和我媽說笑著給我和她的女兒大巢氏訂婚了，把我帶到了乾塘關的北麵。蔻珠把我放到了樹林邊的一塊空地上。我媽從遠處向我衝過來後又離開了。我被嚇哭了。然後，蔻珠把我的眼睛蒙上後送給了媽祖。我那時很小，沒感受到母愛，所以我對母親的感覺弱。這是我很少想母親的重要原因之一。”

Original Sky Honor pretended to be angry and said, “Are you cursing me, or cursing your mother?”

Emperor Yan replied: "I feel strange, why have I never thought about my mother? I think the reason is this. I have been taken care of by servants since I was born. When my mother was feeding me, the servant covered my eyes first. My mother did not speak when feeding me, and left silently after feeding, and then the servant untied my blindfold. When I was one year old, my mother-in-law Kou’zhu and my mother talked and laughed about engaging me with her daughter Big Nest and took me to the north of Qiantang Pass. Kou’zhu put me on a clearing by the woods. My mother rushed towards me from a distance and then left. I was scared and cried. Then, Kou’zhu covered my eyes and gave me to Mazu. I was very young at that time and did not feel the mother's love, so my feelings for my mother were weak. This is one of the important reasons why I seldom think about my mother."

元始天尊聽後，沉默了一會兒後說：“聽起來，那是在給你做觸目（參見第三章《觸目》），那是誰給你啟蒙的？”

炎帝回答：“在我兩歲的時候，我的養父母禮敬公和媽祖帶著我去看我的爺爺鄧國公。鄧國公說他家的池塘裏的魚有一米多大。他們就去釣魚了。沒多久，鄧國公就喊，‘來人呐！大魚咬鉤了！’ 禮敬公和媽祖就去抓魚了，把我扔在了空地上。我的丈母娘蔻珠就來了。她像似前一年，我媽媽向我衝過來的動作一樣，向我衝鋒。隨後她就離開了。隨後，鄧國公就領著我出來看他們倆釣魚。結果，媽祖去河裏沒抓到那條魚。禮敬公把被媽祖打了一棒子的魚給放生了。媽祖生氣地把他推到池塘裏了。”

元始天尊迷惑地說：“45年前的事，我記不清了。我再想想。”說著他回去了。

元始天尊出來後，對武大郎說：“你看著炎帝，別讓他再打自己了。我得和你的蔻珠姐姐商量一下，下一步該怎麽做。”

After hearing this, Original Sky Honor was silent for a while and then said: "It sounds like they are making Touch-Eye to you (see Chapter 3 "Touching Eyes"), so who unfolded your blindfold?"

Emperor Yan replied: "When I was two years old, my adoptive parents, Publican Etiquette Salutation and Mazu, took me to see my grandfather, State Publican Deng. State Publican Deng said that the fish in his pond were more than one meter long. They went fishing. Not long after, State Publican Deng shouted, 'Come on! The big fish has taken the bait!' Publican Etiquette Salutation and Mazu went to catch the fish and threw me in the open space. My mother-in-law Kou’zhu came. She rushed towards me just like my mother rushed towards me the year before. Then she left. After my revelation, State Publican Deng took me out to watch them fishing. As a result, Mazu went to the water but didn't catch the fish. Publican Etiquette Salutation released the fish that was hit by Mazu. Mazu pushed him into the pond in anger."

Original Sky Honor said in confusion: "I can't remember what happened 45 years ago. I'll think about it again." Then he went back.

After Original Sky Honor came out, he said to Martial Big Wolf: "Watch over Emperor Yan and don't let him beat himself again. I have to discuss with your sister Kou’zhu what to do next."

2.9.2-4

武大郎走過來對炎帝大聲說：“朝會上財政大臣們和幾家銀行的行長等你等得著急了，讓我來找你。我就遇見元始天尊了，他說你在這裏。哎呀！你的臉怎麽了，被誰打了？是我大哥，元始天尊，打的嗎？”

炎帝回答：“我自己不小心碰了一下，有那麽嚴重嗎？”

武大郎回答：“不太嚴重，那也明顯得可以看出來！我看今天你是不能見銀行的行長們了。這都已經四點鍾，得趕緊打發他們離開，否則就得招待他們吃飯，還得花錢！”

Martial Big Wolf came over and said loudly to Emperor Yan, "The finance ministers and the presidents of several banks were waiting for you at the court meeting and asked me to come find you. So, I met Original Sky Honor, and he told me you were here. Oh! What happened to your face? Who hit you? Was it my elder brother, Original Sky Honor, who hit you?"

Emperor Yan replied, “I accidentally touched it myself, is it that serious?”

Martial Big Wolf replied, "Not too serious, that's obvious enough to see! I don't think you'll be able to see the bank presidents today. It's already four o'clock, so we have to send them away quickly, or else we'll have to entertain them for dinner and pay for it!"

炎帝回答：“這對！我麻煩你去給他們道歉，改天我再約談他們。”

武大郎說：“好，不著急！元始天尊讓我看著你，別鬧出什麽事來！怎麽的？今天上午，你說要裁軍，我沒說話。實際上，我同意。保留三分之一的軍隊數量就夠用。其他的人送他們回家種地或者做買賣。他們納稅，我們就有錢了。這說法我也讚成！”

炎帝說：“我說裁軍10%或20%。我不懂，不知道這國家需要多少軍隊。”

Emperor Yan replied, "That's right! I'll trouble you to apologize to them, and I'll make an appointment to talk to them some other time."

Martial Big Wolf said, "Okay, there's no rush! Original Sky Honor asked me to keep an eye on you and not to make any trouble! What's going on? This morning, when you said you wanted to disarm, I didn't say anything. Actually, I agree. Keeping one-third of the army's numbers is enough. Send the rest home to farm or trade. They pay taxes, then we have money. That's an argument I agree with!"

Emperor Yan said, "I said 10 or 20 percent disarmament. I don't know enough to know how many troops this country needs."

武大郎回答：“你認為自己不懂；我認為我懂。我有目前軍隊數量的10%就夠用。我要把軍權交給別人，所以我說裁軍三分之二，已經留有餘地了。這事慢慢來，不著急。”

炎帝說：“國家這麽大，這麽多事！一個月後，我得去湖北參加蟠桃博覽會，去抓黃帝（即後裔，大禹；參見3.0 阪泉之戰）。我們創造了這麽多的財富。抓住黃帝，讓他來繼承這個國家是我目前最重要的任務。”

武大郎沒出聲。過了一會兒，炎帝又哭了。

Martial Big Wolf replied, "You think you don't understand; I think I do. It is enough for me to have 10 percent of the present number of troops. I'm going to hand over the military power to someone else, so I've left room for maneuver by saying to disarm by two-thirds. It's a matter of taking time, there's no hurry."

Emperor Yan said, "The country is so big and there are so many affairs to do! In a month's time, I have to go to Hubei for the Peach Expo to catch Yellow Emperor (i.e., Descendant, Big Yu; see 3.0 The Battle of Ban Fountain). We've created so much wealth. Capturing Yellow Emperor and letting him inherit this country is my most important task right now."

Martial Big Wolf didn't make a sound. After a while, Emperor Yan cried again.

武大郎又假裝著急地說：“哎！哎！好！不著急！我先替你管理裁軍的事，等你從湖北回來了再把權力轉交給你。現在，我想去送那些銀行的行長們離開；但是元始天尊讓我在這裏看著你，他怕你想不開。”

炎帝說：“你去吧！我不打我自己了！好好跟人家說，我這剛當皇帝，不能總是這樣無禮地更改日程計劃。”

武大郎回答：“好！我去告訴他們：改天你會請他們喝杜康酒！”

Martial Big Wolf again pretended to be in a hurry and said, "Hey! Ai! Good! There is no hurry! I will manage the disarmament affairs for you first and then transfer the power to you when you return from Hubei. Now, I want to go and see those bank presidents off; but Original Sky Honor has asked me to watch you here; he is afraid that you won't be able to think straight."

Emperor Yan said, "Go ahead! I won't beat myself up! Tell people nicely that I've just become an emperor, and I can't always change my schedule plans so rudely."

Martial Big Wolf replied, "Good! I'll go and tell them: you'll treat them to Dukang Alcohol some other day!"

 

2.9.3 死爹哭媽 Dad Died Crying Mother

元始天尊派人來招呼炎帝去夏國黃帝蔻珠的住所。會議室裏隻有元始天尊和蔻珠兩個人在等著炎帝。蔻珠恭喜炎帝獲得了宿命通（即他回憶出了三歲之前的事，理解了他母親對他的期望，知道了自己的宿命任務）。

炎帝半哭半笑地回答：“我怎麽也沒想到變成 ‘龍’ 是這感覺。我才知道您是我的啟蒙老師，神母。我給您磕頭！”

隨後，元始天尊開始給炎帝講述華國和夏國合作締造中華共和國的計劃（亦作女媧造人計劃）。計劃的實施是從兩國聯姻開始的，即元始天尊娶當時夏國國王的侄女玉珠開始的。隨後就由蔻珠公主和玉珠王妃來作為神母實施對炎帝的培養，就有了炎帝和大巢氏訂婚，和給炎帝做觸目（注1）的事。

Original Sky Honor sent someone to invite Emperor Yan to the residence of Emperor Kou’zhu of Xia State. Only Original Sky Honor and Kou’zhu were waiting for Emperor Yan in the meeting room. Kou’zhu congratulated Emperor Yan on his ability to see his destiny (i.e. he recalled affairs before the age of three, understood his mother's expectations of him, and knew his destiny).

Emperor Yan replied with a half-crying and half-laughing tone: "I never thought that turning into a 'dragon' would feel like this. I just realized that you are my revelation-teacher, Godmother. I kowtow to you!"

Afterwards, Original Sky Honor began to tell Emperor Yan about the plan of cooperation between Hua and Xia to create Republic of Zhonghua (aka. Nuwa's plan to create mankind). The implementation of the plan began with the marriage of the two countries, i.e., the marriage of Original Sky Honor to Yu’zhu, the niece of the then King of Xia. It was then left for Princess Kou’zhu and Princess Yu’zhu to carry out the cultivation of Emperor Yan as the Godmother, and there came the betrothal of Emperor Yan to Big Nest, and the making of Touching-eyes for Emperor Yan (Note 1).

Note 2.9.3-1, this part of this text, is the third step in making touch-eye (see Chapter 3, Touch Eye), telling the child who is being made for touch-eye. Illustration 2.9.3-1 is a mural from ancient Mexico that depicts something similar to this article. Illustration 3 is a Tlaloc from Mexico, who has the touch-eye. The sculpture is a representation of touch-eye from the aspect of not dazzling. Figure 4 is a mask of Emperor Yan (i.e. Turquoise Emperor). His eyes are depicted in terms of the function of touch-eye. The square hole in his forehead indicates that he sacrificed his life for the founding of Zhonghua Republic and Big Yu (i.e., Yellow Emperor).

炎帝問元始天尊：“我小時候，有多次在我玩耍的地方的對麵停著幾馬車。馬車上的人向我們望，那是不是我媽媽在偷看我？”

元始天尊回答：“你媽去偷看過你幾次，但具體是什麽時間我記不清了。”

炎帝問蔻珠：“您為我啟蒙離開後，來了一個找媽媽的小女孩兒。那個小女孩兒是誰？”

蔻珠聽後，站起來了，向元始天尊使了個眼色，他們倆從側門離開了。

Emperor Yan asked Original Sky Honor, "When I was a child, there were many times when there were several wagons parked across the street from where I was playing. The people in the carriages looked toward us, was that my mom peeking at me?"

Original Sky Honor replied, “Your mom went to peek at you a few times, but I can't remember exactly when.”

Emperor Yan asked Kou’zhu, "After you left for my revelation, a little girl came looking for her mother. Who is that little girl?"

Upon hearing this, Kou’zhu stood up, gave a wink to Original Sky Honor, and the two of them left through a side door.

這時，打扮得像個小女孩似的大巢氏皇後手裏還拿著一束野菊花進來了，問：“我看見我媽媽來這裏了，她去哪兒了？”

炎帝笑著指著蔻珠和元始天尊出去的方向。大巢氏走到門口後又問：“她去哪兒了？”

炎帝站起來走了過去，說：“我陪你去找。”

他們倆來到另一個房間，發現裏麵是個慶祝炎帝和大巢氏皇後訂婚47周年的家庭晚會，該來的人都已經來了。

At that moment, Empress Big Nest, dressed like a little girl and holding a bunch of wild chrysanthemums in her hand, came in and asked, “I saw my mommy come here, where did she go?”

Emperor Yan smiled and pointed in the direction where Kou’zhu and Original Sky Honor went out. Big Nest asked again after walking to the door, “Where did she go?”

Emperor Yan stood up and walked over and said, “I'll walk you to find out.”

The two of them made their way to another room and found that it was a family party celebrating the 47th anniversary of Emperor Yan and Empress Big Nest’s engagement, everyone who was supposed to be there was already here.

2.9.3-2 看黃帝 Overwatch Yellow Emperor

第二天的早晨，炎帝命令人把從張屠戶家裏帶來的錢運進了國庫。

在典軍會議（國家安全局）後有人提議要看看後裔（即後來的大禹，黃帝，共工，佛）。炎帝回答：“那需要個事故，不能讓那些候選人認出我來，覺得他們的地位特殊。”

一位從夏國來的典軍軍官說：“那容易，在他們行軍的路上，我們製造個翻車事故。然後讓趕車的馴馬師假裝生氣，教訓那匹馬，就會截斷他們的行軍進程，圍觀。”

In the morning of the next day, Emperor Yan ordered the money brought from the house of Zhang the Butcher to be brought into the treasury.

After Codex Soldier meeting (NSA) it was proposed to look at the descendants (i.e., later Big Yu, Yellow Emperor, Public Work, and Buddha). Emperor Yan replied: "That requires an accident. I can't let those candidates recognize me and think that their status is special."

An officer from the Xia Kingdom said, "That's easy. We can create a car accident while they are marching. Then let the horse trainer pretend to be angry and teach the horse a lesson. This will interrupt their march and attract crowds to watch."

隨後在事故的現場，當馴馬師打馬，戰馬後退著轉圈躲時，後裔（即大禹，黃帝）愣愣地站在那裏看，不後退躲避危險。

喬裝改扮為商人的炎帝看後轉身就向野地裏跑去了。武大郎等人發現後，趕緊脫離了人群，跟了過去。當炎帝跑到了遠離翻車事故現場的一公裏以外的地方，坐了下來，嚎啕大哭。

武大郎讓其他人回避後，問發生了什麽事。炎帝一邊哭一邊回答：“我回憶起了類似的事故現場，發現那個女人就是我媽媽！她擔心我行動笨拙，反應遲鈍，不知道躲避危險！”

Later, at the scene of the accident, when the horse trainer whipping the horse and the warhorse retreated and circled to avoid it, Descendant (i.e. Big Yu, Yellow Emperor) just stood there watching in a daze, and did not step back to avoid danger.

After seeing this, Yellow Emperor, who was disguised as a businessman, turned around and ran into the wild. When Martial Big Wolf and others found out, they quickly left the crowd and followed him. When Yellow Emperor ran to a place one kilometer away from the rollover accident site, he sat down and cried out loudly.

Martial Big Wolf asked the others to step aside and asked what happened. Emperor Yan replied with tears, "I recalled a similar accident scene and found that the woman is my mother! She worried that I was clumsy, slow to react and didn't know to avoid danger!"

2.9.3-3 九天玄女偷窺張三郎 Ninth Sky Mysterious Woman Peeks at Third Wolf Zhang

武大郎沒聽明白，繼續詢問。

炎帝說：“小時候，一天我和媽祖，還有二哥（即武二郎）坐馬車回家。路上，前麵出現了翻車事故，引起了交通堵塞，我就和二哥下車去看熱鬧。當時那個馬車夫生氣地用鞭子打馬，我站在一邊看。一些人感覺到了危險向後退，我和剛才的那位後裔（大禹，黃帝）一樣，沒向後退。一個女人過來拉我到了一邊，他指著她們馬車旁邊的人說。那裏危險，你看她們就站的很遠。隨後，我沒覺得有危險，又回去了。那個女人又過來拉我。我不跟她走。我二哥武二郎過來推她，還罵她壞女人。我瞪著眼睛看著那個女人，感覺她的行為奇怪。那女人像似犯了錯一樣，躲到她們的馬車的另一麵去了。媽祖來找我們倆了。那女人的同伴向媽祖解釋了剛才發生的事。馬車夫過來向媽祖道歉，說驚嚇到孩子了。當我們回到了馬車上，我二哥（武二郎）說那個女人要偷孩子。媽祖訓斥他，‘我讓你照顧弟弟，你辜負了我的期望。三郎行動笨拙，反應慢，常常意識不到危險，明眼人一看就知道。你沒照顧好弟弟！那馬車夫都已經向我們道歉了，你還狡辯！？我說， ‘那女人看我時的眼神和麵目表情不一樣，好像認識我似的！？’媽祖回答，‘在路上偶爾遇見認識的人的可能性很小；也可能是她錯誤地把你當成什麽她認識的人了。’現在想來，那次翻車事故和咱這次翻車事故一樣，是我媽為了看我而安排的。”

Martial Big Wolf did not understand and continued to inquire.

Emperor Yan said, "When I was a child, one day I was riding home in a carriage with Mazu and my second brother (i.e. Martial Second Wolf). On the way, there was an overturning accident in front of us, causing a traffic jam, so I got off with my second brother to see what was going on. At that time the coachman was angrily beating his horse with a whip, and I stood watching. Some people felt the danger and stepped back, but I, like the descendant (Big Yu, Yellow Emperor), did not step back. A woman came and pulled me aside. She pointed to the people beside their wagon. It's dangerous there, look at them just standing far away. Then I didn't feel in danger and went back. The woman came over and pulled me again. I would not go with her. My second brother came over and pushed her and called her a bad woman. I stared at the woman with glazed eyes, feeling that she was acting strangely. The woman hid on the other side of their carriage as if she had made a mistake. Mazu came to the two of us. The woman's companion explained what had just happened. The coachman came over and apologized to Mazu, saying that he had frightened the child. When we got back to the carriage, my second brother said that the woman was trying to steal the child. Mazu reprimanded him, 'I asked you to take care of your brother, and you failed me.' Third Wolf moves clumsily, reacts slowly, and often fails to realize the danger, as a discerning eye can see. You failed to take care of your younger brother! That carriage driver has come to us to apologize, and you're still sophomoric! I said, ‘That woman looked at me with different eyes and facial expressions, as if she knew me!?’' Mazu replied, 'It is very unlikely that you meet someone you know occasionally on the road; it could also be that she mistakenly took you for someone she knew.' Now that I think about it, that rollover accident, like this rollover accident of ours, was arranged by my mom to see me."

武大郎問：“你以前偷看過後裔（即大禹）嗎？”

炎帝回答：“我偷看過他多次。我是他的神父，總想看他，每次去杭州，都去偷看他。我的生母還是我的神母，她還擔心我不知道躲避危險，當然想看我了。”

Martial Big Wolf asked, “Have you ever peeked at the descendant (i.e., Big Yu) before?”

Emperor Yan replied, "I have peeped at him many times. I am his Godfather, always want to see him, and every time I went to Hangzhou, I went to peek at him. My birth mother is also my Godmother, and she worried that I don't know to avoid danger, so of course she wants to see me."

炎帝說完，繼續哭。很長的時間裏，武大郎都在安慰炎帝。可是炎帝還是不停地哭。為了轉移炎帝的注意力，武大郎說：“你不知道。在井陽岡，武二郎打死的那隻虎是你媽的。本來，你爸爸原始天尊抓那隻虎崽送給潘金蓮是為了促使他父親潘仁美讓權給元始天尊。結果，這倆人就迷上養老虎了。你媽媽過世後，我們養不起那隻老虎，就想把它放回去。你爸爸決定繼續養著，他付錢。現在，你爸爸不當皇帝了，我想跟你商量，把那隻老虎放回去。”

Emperor Yan finished and continued to cry. For a long time, Martial Big Wolf comforted Emperor Yan, but Emperor Yan kept crying. In order to distract Yan's intention, Martial Big Wolf said, "You don't know. At Well-Sun Gang, the tiger killed by Martial Second Wolf belonged to your mom. Originally, your father, Original Sky Honor, captured that tiger cub and gave it to Goldthread Pan in order to prompt his father, Ren’mei Pan, to cede power to Original Sky Honor. As a result, these two became enamored with raising tiger. After your mom passed away, we couldn't afford to keep the tiger and wanted to release it back. Your dad decided to keep it and he paid for it. Now that your dad isn't emperor anymore, I want to talk to you about releasing that tiger back."

炎帝回答：“養著吧！我付錢。你們還有沒有什麽別的我媽的遺物？”

武大郎回答：“我沒有。但潘金蓮的房間裏有很多。”

炎帝立刻站起來了，說：“走！去你家看看去！”

Emperor Yan replied, "Keep it! I'll pay for it. Do you have any other relics of my mom?"

Martial Big Wolf replied, "I don't have any. But there are plenty in Goldthread Pan's room."

Emperor Yan immediately stood up and said, "Go! Go to your house to take a look!"

2.9.3-3 大悲心 Great Sorrowful Heart

炎帝的後半生中，想起母親就哭。這顆悲傷的心就是大悲心。慈悲喜舍，這四種心具有無窮的力量。所以說，九天玄女賦予了玉皇大帝無窮的力量。

俗語 “死爹哭媽” 說的就是玉皇大帝，是說當元始天尊過世的時候，玉皇大帝哭得很凶。明白人解釋說，“他是在哭他的媽媽呢！”

In the second half of his life, Emperor Yan cried whenever he thought of his mother. This sad heart is the Great Sorrowful Heart. Mercy, Sorrow, Joy, Renunciation, these four kinds of hearts have infinite power. Therefore, we say that Ninth Sky Mysterious Woman gave Turquoise Emperor infinite power.

The saying "When father dead he cries for mother" refers to Turquoise Emperor, which means that when Original Sky Honor passed away, Turquoise Emperor cried very hard. People who understand explained, "He was crying for his mother!"
