計劃退休進行時

老中退休後搬家到不同的地方居住的比例好像不如老美的比例高。反正我是傾向於到符合下麵基本條件的地方退休。如果現居住地滿足那就不用搬，頂多換小一點的房子。否則需要搬家。那些基本條件是：
- 冬天氣候比較暖和；
- 附近有比較大的華人或亞洲超市；
- 物價（包括房價）不能太高。
第一點就剔除了很多州，剩下的有加州，內華達和美國的南方各州如亞利桑那，新墨西哥，德州，佛羅裏達等。第二點限製了小地方，選擇地會是較大的都市圈。第三點把加州排除了。綜合下來我可以得出如下候選城市都市圈：
- 內華達（Las Vegas）
- 亞利桑那（Phenix, Tucson)
- 德州（San Antonio, Austin, Houston）
- 佛羅裏達（Orlando, Fort Lauderdale，Miami）
不少老中還會考慮以後到子女的居住地附近退休。我可能也會考慮但是必須滿足我上麵提到的基本條件。
大家有沒有跟我一樣的考量？

除了第二條都達到要求。
It doesn't make sense if the house is paid off and consumer prices are low,
like in North Carolina where I live. I don't care if there's Chinese grocery,
we have online stores now. I don't like big cities, bad traffic and all that
hassle.
Moving to another place requires buying another house. There's already limited
income after retirement, so it's not a good choice. No, no, no.
And after living in a place for decades, there is a social network established.
I love our Jewish community. They welcomed me unconditionally. And I converted.
Moving to anywhere else would be a lose to me.
