遠處有風

寬野裏瑟瑟的草徐波無邊；
灰色的風卷著喘息的雲。
有一隻尋家的白鷗
慢慢在盤旋。

暴風驟雪在遠處蹲踞著，
似饑餓的伏虎，
隨時待要出擊。
我已能聽到它的喉結做響。

峭壁上的鬆枝
不動聲色地佇立；
堅韌的根紮緊在堅硬的岩石，
迎風傲然。

樹叢下的小花
感覺到了冬的緊逼。
它含過淚的花蒂微笑垂手；
一把種子撒透風的嚴寒。

   Wind in Distance

Endless grass field floats like the Pacific
Gray wind rolls around the panting clouds
A pigeon slowly hovers around
For a tireless search for its home

A blizzard squats far away
Like a crunching hungry tiger
Waiting to hunt at any time
--I could hear it groan

A pine tree on a cliff
Calmly stands there still
With its root deep into the hard rock
Smiles towards the chilly wind with a teasing wink

A small flower under groves     
Feels the groveling winter
It folds its hands that once held summer tears
Throws a bunch of seeds across freezing wind
