雞蛋豆腐花

轉眼間元宵節快到了,那些吃吃喝喝的日子是不是就要回歸平常狀態呢? 平日裏的吃喝其實也都很重要的,有些的新嚐試說不定就吃出了特別的感覺。

 

去年的這個時候,磊嚐試著在氣炸鍋裏烤的牛排,一點也不亞於德州烤牛排,微焦的表麵,juicy的肉質非常的鮮嫩。 今天磊又做的烤牛排,依舊的非常可口美味。 

不過今年的特別菜肴,在我看來應該就是雞蛋豆腐花這道美味。 我是第一次聽說,也是第一次吃。

記得很多年前,第一次回國的第一個早餐,弟弟帶我們去吃油條豆腐腦, 記得上麵澆著甜甜的濃湯,感覺是挺好吃的。 後來每次回去都會吃到不同味道的豆腐腦。 慢慢地在我們家附近的超市裏都有賣的,就不特別在意它了。 已經有很久沒有吃過豆腐腦了。

 

磊今晚做的雞蛋豆腐花,不是我們過去吃的那種豆腐腦,應該是它的改進版吧。 他把雞蛋羹和細軟豆腐放在蒸鍋裏蒸熟,然後把它們放在一起,燒好蘑菇金針菇木耳雪菜濃湯,澆在上麵,口感細膩光滑柔軟,在大魚大肉的日子裏,這道菜一定非常的爽口。 我很喜歡它。

 

吃飯也許就是把平常的味道,吃出一種愉快的味道,隻是稍稍有點不一樣,僅此而已。

I remember many years ago, at the first breakfast when I returned to China for the first time, my younger brother took us to eat fried dough sticks and tofu nao. Later, every time I go back, I will eat different flavors of tofu nao. Slowly, it is sold in supermarkets near our home, so I don’t particularly care about it. It has been a long time since I have eaten tofu brain.

 

The egg bean curd that Lei made tonight is not the tofu nao we used to eat, it should be an improved version of it. He steamed the egg custard and silky soft tofu in a steamer, then put them together, cooked the thick mushroom soup with mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, fungus, and pickles, and poured it on top. The taste is delicate, smooth and soft. The dish must be very refreshing. I like it so much.

 

Eating may be to take the usual taste and eat a pleasant taste, but it is slightly different, that's all.
