“Education is the key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom.”
I took part in our residency graduation ceremony recently.
Three years ago, I was offered an opportunity to teach residents and medical students' clinical skills. I attributed this to my English skills improving due to 小夥伴s sharing my responsibility and hanging out with me at MYSJ.
After three years passed, the residents graduated. When I entered the lobby where the ceremony was held, I was mistaken as a resident by another resident.
The resident said, “...You look familiar. I was thinking which resident you were!”
“Everyone looks different today! No white coats! " I replied with a smile.
“And no masks as well! We used to wear masks. " She made a supplement.
……
I was so excited to see them graduate and know they will go all over the US.
It reminds me of my own recidency graduation ceremony. At that time, I had given a speech and parcipated in a roleplay. After that, we had a wonderful party with dancing and then went all over the US.
……
I appreciated all these activities due to our education. "Education is the key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom."
