有關聯合國常任理事國的問題

聯合國秘書長安南已經明確表示支持日本成為聯合國常任理事國，請同胞
到網上簽名反對，韓國人口4800萬， 很短時間內就征集 3000萬 簽名，
咱們十幾億人口，到現在連10萬人都不到 ，請轉發其他人。。。 不簽名也可以幫忙轉發，盡點微薄之力，不會浪費5秒鍾時間

答：
本人一定投反對票。但這一直是個爭議的問題：
安南,his whole life is involving in UN field. Personally I respect his work. He is always in favor of enlarging the Security Council. At present, these 5 members, i.e. U.S., UK, France, Russian and China have been there since 1945. The reason to be member was those 5 countries have Neuclear weapons. At present, more countries have neuclear weapons. More members should be in the Security Council has its reason.
If Japan is not in, then India will be in. Question is who country do you support to be in?
